Websites
that fill gaps.

The diary, not the brochure. When utilisation is the goal, every page has one job.

One clear journey, repeated for every condition you treat

Patients search symptoms, not clinic names. So every condition gets the same four page journey, a structure we repeat and refine across your whole caseload, from heel pain to hip pain.

  1. A page for what hurts

Written for the symptom the patient actually types, in plain language that answers before it asks.

  2. How we treat it

Your approach, honestly described. The page that turns a reader into someone who trusts you with the fix.

  3. The right clinician

Not a generic team page. The practitioner you have chosen to lead this condition, front and centre.

  4. A real, bookable time

Live from your Cliniko diary. It converts where “contact us” never will.

No dead ends, no enquiry forms into the void. Search → condition → treatment → practitioner → booked, while your front desk is asleep.

Point the demand at the practitioner you're building

A full diary is not the same as the right diary. Behind every site sits an interface and a supporting team that let you decide whose book grows next.

  • Set a priority order for your team, per condition. The lead practitioner takes the page, the availability, the enquiry.
  • One email to our team changes it. Building up a new graduate this quarter? Their name starts leading the pages you choose by the next morning.
  • Senior clinician fully booked? Their overflow lands with the person you nominate, not with whoever answered the phone.

A team that knows your priorities and reacts

The interface is how you say it. The team is how it happens: real people who already know whose book you are building, make the change and never keep you waiting.

Built for the search that's replacing search

Patients now ask Google AI, ChatGPT and Perplexity who can fix them. Those systems cite the clinic whose site they can read, trust and verify, so we build for them natively, then keep working at it every month.

Shipped on day one

  • Condition led architecture that mirrors how patients ask
  • Machine readable content summaries (llms.txt) for AI crawlers
  • Fast, static pages that score green on Core Web Vitals

Working every month

  • New condition and treatment content, written and published for you
  • Ranking and AI visibility reporting you can actually read
  • Technical upkeep as search engines move the goalposts
  • Priority changes as your team and caseload evolve

Clinics already running on this system

Different disciplines, different brands, one repeatable journey underneath. Every site is designed from the clinic's own identity. No two look alike, because no two clinics are.

Asked before, answered straight

What does the Cliniko integration actually do?

Every condition page on your site ends with the practitioner you have chosen to lead that condition, alongside their next available appointment times read live from your Cliniko diary. A patient goes from the symptom they searched to a real, bookable time without ever hitting a dead end. The connection uses a restricted Cliniko API key, so your patient data stays in Cliniko where it belongs.

What is AI SEO, and why does it matter?

Patients increasingly ask Google AI, ChatGPT and Perplexity questions like "who treats heel pain near me" instead of scanning ten blue links. AI SEO means building the site so those systems can read, trust and cite it: structured data on every page, clean condition focused architecture, machine readable content summaries and fast pages. Our sites are built that way natively, not retrofitted.

Can you steer bookings toward a particular practitioner?

Yes, and it is one of the most valuable parts of the system. Tell us who you are building up, and their profile and live availability move to the front of the condition pages you want them to own. One email to our team is all it takes to change the priority. Growing a new practitioner stops being a hope and becomes a setting.

What happens after the site goes live?

The site is never finished, because search is never finished. Every site includes an ongoing SEO commitment: new condition content, technical upkeep, ranking and AI visibility reporting, and adjustments as your team and priorities change. You get a real team you can email, not a dashboard you have to learn.
